Your 3SIM card must be active in order to unlock your phone. Make sure to have the unlocking code available and then follow the instructions.
Conditions for unlocking.
If you unlock your 3Mobile 3 no longer holds any responsibility in supporting the mobile phone’s functions nor its performance ability. Should any problems with the phone arise we will direct you to the manufacturers.
- Install the SIM card from the new operator into the phone.
- Turn on the phone and enter the PIN code from the new operator.
- Enter the following code into your phone <<opcode>>
- You phone is now unlocked and you may now use it with any operators SIM card.
Please consider the following
You will only have three tries to enter the unlocking code. Should the code fail after the second try please contact 3’s customer service on phone number: 0771-735 300 and we will make sure to help you.
