What is Kostnadstak data utland?
Kostnadstak data utland is a service that will help you keep track of data charges when you are abroad. All 3 customers automatically have this service and it is free of charge.
You can easily increase / decrease the limit or pause this service abroad by calling the customer service or log on to Mitt3 or use the link in the text message. To remove the blocking service, you must call customer service.
When you have used 80% of your chosen amount you will receive a text message with more information and the ability to reduce / accept / increase the limit.
When you have reached the limit to 100% you are linked to a webpage where you can alter your limit. You will receive a text message that you can reply to if you would like to continue using your internet.
How to Pause this service
You can choose to pause this service until the next billing period, which means that you will not have the amount control until the following month. When the next billing period begins the previous selected amount will be reset.
